These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.

1. A deposit is required upon booking, which is 50% of the value of the treatment.
2. We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. In the case of cancelling an appointment outside of the 24 hours, we can reschedule your appointment or a refund may be offered.
3. Where cancellations are received inside the 24-hour cancellation policy, you will be required to pay the full price of the treatment.
4. If you are late for your appointment, we will try to complete the whole treatment, however if this is not possible, the treatment will be shortened and finish at the time it should have, and full payment will be taken.
5. If this is your first appointment with The Nurture Sanctuary, you will be given a consultation form at the beginning of your appointment. This form is entirely confidential between yourself and your therapist, and is used only to make the therapist aware of any health concerns that may impact your treatment. Your therapist will discuss any concerns with you and will tailor the treatment to your individual needs. Your therapist has the right to refuse to give a treatment if they deem it unsafe to do so. If this is the case, a full refund will be given. Your details will be stored in line with the data protection law and will never be shared with any other individual.
6. You agree to my information being kept on file, securely and confidentially and in the understanding that it shall not be passed onto or read by any third parties, unless previous consent has been sought and provided, for the purposes of referral to another professional/organisation. 7. You agree to provide accurate and up to date information in regard to any changes to ongoing medical treatments as these changes may negatively affect my massage treatments in some way.
8. In the event that your therapist is unwell or unable to come into work, we will contact you as soon as we are able to do so, and we will endeavour to reschedule your appointment to the next available time that suits you. If we have to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time your deposit can either be used against your next treatment or refunded.
9. You must be over 18 years old to have treatments at The Nurture Sanctuary, unless accompanied by an adult. Customers aged 16-17 years old may have treatments, however a parent or guardian must be present at all times during the treatment and give their consent.
10. We are not able to carry out any body treatments, including massage during the first trimester of pregnancy. After 12 weeks, we offer a range of treatments which are suitable for pregnant ladies.
11. We accept cash and all major credit / debit cards (excluding American Express) at The Nurture Sanctuary.
12. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage to or loss of your personal items at The Nurture Sanctuary
13. Please note that therapist Poppy only accepts female clients. Any males wishing to book a treatment must make an appointment with an alternative therapist.
